Our team at Community Bank has been working tirelessly to make a seamless transition on October 18, and we’re excited to share our progress with you. Here are some of the things we’re working on:
You’ll see our new logo appear on temporary signage starting October 18. During the weeks that follow, we’ll be installing brand new signs at each of our 11 branches, beginning with our Home Office in Waldorf. Our ATMs will also be fitted with new signage, so look out for the Community Bank of the Chesapeake sailboat!
Our Website & Social Media
Our website will update on October 18 to reflect the Community Bank of the Chesapeake name and will continue to be accessible at www.cbtc.com. You’ll also see the updated name when you log onto Online Banking and Bill Pay. We will be updating our name on Facebook and Twitter — so drop us a line or a tweet and let us know what you think! Monthly Statements and Customer Materials
The monthly account statements mailing early November will be the first sent with our new name. Remember that all ATM cards, Checkcards, and checks will be updated for you automatically as they expire or need to be replaced.
In addition to these updates, you’ll see us sporting new nametags, hear our new name when you call and maybe snag some of our brand new promotional trinkets. But while our logo is different going forward, we remain the same Community Bank. We remain committed to the ideals that the bank was founded on over 60 years ago: exceeding the expectations of our customers and playing an active role in the communities we serve.
