A team of 14 Community Bank employees, friends, and family members stood up to a devastating disease on September 17 by taking part in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s, held at the Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf.
The Southern Maryland event — one of more than 600 community walks across the country — realized over $115,000 to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.
By participating in events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and scores of others throughout the year, we are actively giving back to the communities we serve. Our “Community Corps” volunteers frequently give of their time and resources to support groups that are making a difference.
Wherever you see the Community Corps red triangle with the heart inside, you will see Community Bank employees working hard for our neighbors.
